Tahun itu adalah U.C. 0105, dua belas tahun setelah Pemberontakan Char. Organisasi anti-pemerintah "Mafty," yang dipimpin oleh seseorang bernama "Mafty Navue Erin," telah mengambil sikap melawan kepemimpinan Federasi Bumi yang korup. Saat Mafty melakukan serangan teror dan membunuh pejabat pemerintah, mereka mendapatkan dukungan dari penduduk yang marah.
Pemimpin Mafty sebenarnya adalah Hathaway Noa, putra pahlawan perang Bright Noa. Terinspirasi oleh cita-cita Amuro Ray dan Char Aznable, Hathaway berencana untuk mengikuti jejak mereka dan membuka jalan ke depan melalui perlawanan bersenjata. Namun, takdirnya berubah drastis ketika ia bertemu dengan petugas Federasi Kenneth Sleg dan seorang wanita muda misterius bernama Gigi Andalucia.


The year is U.C. 0105, twelve years after Char’s Rebellion. The anti-government organization "Mafty," led by someone called "Mafty Navue Erin," has taken a stand against the corrupt leadership of the Earth Federation. As Mafty carries out terror attacks and assassinates government officials, it gains support from the angry populace.
Mafty's leader is actually Hathaway Noa, the son of war hero Bright Noa. Inspired by the ideals of Amuro Ray and Char Aznable, Hathaway plans to follow in their footsteps and clear a path forward through armed resistance. His destiny, however, is drastically altered as he encounters the Federation officer Kenneth Sleg and a mysterious young beauty named Gigi Andalucia.
