Mira (CHOI Ji-woo), seorang ibu pekerja keras, mendapati putranya yang berusia 9 tahun, Dong-myeong, tiba-tiba pingsan karena diabetes tipe 1. Menyadari Dong-myeong sekarang harus menjalani tes darah setiap hari selama 365 hari, hatinya hancur. Mira dengan putus asa mencari alat pemantau gula darah tanpa rasa sakit di seluruh dunia dan akhirnya mengimpor alat 'DexCom', yang pertama kali ada di Korea. Feeling empathetic to other patients, she begins to help other moms to buy the devices. However, Mira faces accusations of illegal import. She decides to take on the world for those in pain. Will Mira continue this battle, not just for her son but for the greater good?
